In contemporary society, citizens present ambivalent advice to the administration regarding development of the nation. Some individuals advocate that ministry should allot more funds for transportation sector, while others argue that authority should spend more cash in advancement of roads. This essay intends to analyse both the viewpoints and ultimately give my own judgement on this phenomenon.
Discussing the first view, the foremost argument is that many labours and employees are choosing public transport to travel for their work. Similarly, many students living far from school use these facilities. Because of many people are using local buses and trains, conjunction is observed due to lack of seats and also many of them are not able to get enough space and miss their ride and results in many consequences. For instance, in India, a majority of students get late for their school, whereas many office workers are required to pay penalties for not reaching on time. In addition, the lack of seat and poor quality of vehicle, many citizens face problems. Specifically, the elders and pregnant women find difficult to use the transport facilities as it creates more difficulty for them.
On the flip side, the supporters of opposite side have their own point of view. To begin with, the major problem regarding the road is potholes. To elucidate, majority of public having their workplace far from their home prefer to use their own vehicle to cut the time, however the potholes which slow down the speed and especially they are invisible during rain which have negative outcomes. To illustrate, a plethora of accident cases are registered in a year caused by potholes. In contrary, some humans prefer cycles or bikes for their mean of transport. To be more precise, as the roads are filled with trucks, cars, and buses they do not get a chance to bypass the traffic, hence get late.
To culminate and give my viewpoint, I would certainly vote for the first opinion. The reason is that, by improving the transportation facilities more people will prefer to use public services which will benefit them as well as also less pollution will be added from the smoke of private vehicle; However, it will depend on the mindset of the public in which viewpoint they are in favour of.
