I disagree with assertion that some people endure thousands year old norm in development of hierarchy on the bases of cast discrimination. However, in ancient time cast factor played
Important role in social life.
In medieval time, certain roles assign to particular cast because they practiced for long time and devote themselves in order to full fill their livelihood. For example in Indian history of hierarchy where the monarch was the apex of any system and they belongs to the cast called Kshatriya Moreover they are adroit warriors. In this ladder system follows other cast such as Brahmin, shudras, etc. they are not allowed participates in upper cast’s activity and they have to resist them self to do certain activity albeit of those deviation hierarchy works efficiently.
The contemporary world follows egalitarian structure where people from any cast or religion work with each other people and live Social life with tranquility. Moreover they not only share their thought but also share culture historical culture too.In addition to ladder structure every people have to work with their peer rather than judging individuals on their cast one must consider their model of excellence .
In conclusion, I recommend the world where all individuals were free from inequality and consider talent as first priority to maintain hierarchy.
