Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Many people believe that it is participate in team sports like football have more benefits than individual sports. While the others believe that individual sports is more beneficial. From my perspective, I think that both kinds of sport have its own good in its way, it really depend on what the people aiming for them.

On the one hand, playing team sport can offer a range of benefits. Firstly, its help us to be less selfish and think for other people while playing. For instance, in football you can dribble yourself to score a goal but it is not a sufficient way, it is better for you to pass to someone else if they are in the good spot for scoring. As a result, not only your team have higher chance of winning but also you will learn how to work with other properly. Secondly, you can learn how to work as a team. For example, in the tug of war, you and your team must set up a strategy in order to win, so you and your friends should discuss more about how to set up each other position and each person role in the team. Therefore, you and your team can know about their duty in the team. If your team do not work or plan together your team will not corporate as a team and your relationship with your teammate can no longer be good. as we can see that team sports not only help us to improve ourself but also make our relationship with others become better.

On the other hand, individual sport can have some good effects on ourself .First of all, it help us to know more about what is our advantages and disadvantages. For instance, if we try new sport like marathon or weight lifting, we can know if our advantage is speed or strength. Therefore we can find our passion while playing sports. Second, it helps us to be more confident in ourself and be a independent person. Take badminton player as an example, when they are playing individually they have to be confident in their skills and abilities so that they can break their limit and push it to the top. As a result, we can develop our both physical and mental health more efficient .

In conclusion, I firmly believe that both team sports and in dividual sports can bring an equal range of benefits for its player . while the team sport help us to improve our team work skills and bond us with the others, individual sport help us know more about ourself and passion.
