Band 6+: Many people find it hard to balance their work with other parts of their lives.

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

A number of people, nowadays, forget about their social and private life while having a job.

It happens for a variety of reasons, however, solutions do exist to overcome this problem.

I consider two facts are mainly to blame this issue. First of all, there is a common stereotype that more you are into your job more chances that you will be successful and respected in your sphere, so each year the number of employees staying for extra working increases dramatically. This understandable as in modern world it considered that more you earn and have a strong career, more you are going to be happy. However, struggling with separating your job and social life can cause depression and hate to position in job. Of course, all this factors will lead to inefficiency. Another contributing reason is that most of the times companies make their labors to work more than it is written in their contracts, even some bosses may blackmail the stuff.

Nevertheless, by taking some straightforward measures this problem can be alleviated. First and foremost, everyone needs to understand that your productivity and favourable result does not depend on hours of your working. Having a good helping strategy may solve most of the issues. Moreover, after the finishing of workday try to engage in with your hobbies, meet with friends, or spend time with your family or loved ones, instead of sitting in front of laptop and putting all of yourself to work even at the end of the day. Furthermore, if someone, even in much higher position than you, forces you for anything, protest and take necessary measures, like appealing to human rights agencies.

In conclusion, the problem of not being able to be in a good state in both work and private life derives from wrong methods of desiring to achieve success and also luck of knowledge about human rights and this problem will not be solved unless necessary measures, that was mentioned before, are not taken.
