Nowadays it is very common for people to migrate from their homeland to different nations due to several reasons. The major cause of migration to grab high-paid job opportunities. I believe that this trend has more than disadvantages.
Some individuals do not get positions according to their qualifications, so they apply for new opportunities outside the country. There are many developed nations who invite immigrants to work and offer well paid jobs. For an Instance- USA invite every year almost 300 thousands people to work and apply for permanent residency. In this way, it reduces the burden of those countries who are over populated and unable to provide work according to their profession.
This trend has several benefits but the major advantage is career growth and explore new culture. When other countries provide high-paid jobs and better position then it enhances not only career growth of someone but also assist to explore different cultures. For an example- Canada is cultural country and provide professional development so people are migrating to Canada to grab career opportunities and get exposure of new culture.
Although, it has some demerits to moving new country such as homesickness, adopting culture and leaving their own culture and values. When somebody go to a different nation that they have follow their languages, culture, and values. By this way, their kids adopt that culture and leave their homeland culture. In most of countries speak English and whoever lives their they also have follow that language so their offspring study in that language which is also one of factor that they do not adopt their culture.
To conclude that, Although it has few demerits to work and live in abroad but still people choose to move outside of their homeland due to major benefits.
