Nowadays, health technology has become more popular across the lifespan which directly and inevitably affects to all generations. On one hand, we need to use that technology to encourage physical activities and exercise, to memorize an essential plan or an upcoming meeting. That demonstrates we need to use all innovations and technologies on any occasion to facilitate our lives and make them more convenient, particularly living in fast-paced and dynamic metropolitan areas.
On the other hand, some individuals rely on non-technological advancements, that they need to live a slow-paced life and even in tranquility environment. This is able to encourage them to have discipline and stay healthy or even stay connected with friends and parents without using any novel innovations.
In conclusion, innovations and technologies would be beneficial in a daily routine and improve the quality of life as being a part of life and daily routine. However, spending more time and substantially relying on technology might affect personal relationships and individual disciplines. We need to strike a balance between using technology in an appropriate way and spending some time relaxing and connecting with people.
