Nowaday, more and more people switch their jobs more frequently than before. It is widely arged that whether it is a positive trend to the society, and I believe that it brings more pros.
The main reason why many workers choose to change their working environment rapidly is because they want to get more salaries. In recent years, the average spending for individuals is increasing year by year, and that requires people to earn a sufficient amount of money to support daily costs. Thus, through changing a working company, one can easily get promoted and also receive more pay. Moreover, many young people are not willing to endure a bad working environment, so they tend to switch to another company. This is mainly because the youth are taught to express themselves since young, so they have the courage to speak up for personal needs.
In my opinion, the rapid changing trend in working position is an overall beneficial trend. Admittedly, we cannot deny that this may higher the training cost of a company, which may lower the economic growth of a country. However, that can be overcome by a solid standard training process, which shortens the time that an employee need to get used to his working contents. Besides, this trend forces the employers to charish their labors more, since they might be able to quit their job any time. This fosters bosses to create a more working-friendly environment for eneryone.
In conclusion, there are various reasons why people choose to change their job more rapidly than before, and I reckon it to be a positive change to the society.
