In this essay, I will examine both views and explain why, having degree from the university can have positive for the good job hunt.
Certainly, graduating from the college can give a lots of good career option rather than other medium. If student has qualified for the co-op from the reputed institution, then he or she may have chance to work with well known company. University of Ottawa, for instance, give option to pass out by having internship with certain organizer across Canada, as result, student will definitely have good career growth in the future. The more we get higher education, the more chance will have work in various well-known organization.
Apart from this, however, working after schools’ level may have good chance if you have experience in certain area of industries, but It can be challenging to find work which pays you, a high wage, especially after school. You may start from the scratch if you really make good bucks in construction industry by initially doing some labour stuff, and it will take some time to rich on high scale salary. During this struggle, work-life balance may be disturb if you have family, because it will get hard to spent time with loved once after doing this much hard work. The more you spent time to gain experience, the better you have future in that field.
In conclusion, having experience in certain field will take longer to get well pay salary job, however, | it’s guaranteed to have higher chance and better work option if you pass out from the university.
