Here I would like to share my personal example of switching job in different city while I was working in my last workplace they are paying me 5 LPA package while other company bring me 7 LPA package with new skill development so from this we can understand not high pay in package but also develop various skill in individuals work for further growth . Nowadays it is easier to move to other company because of numerous variety of jobs are available in the market rather then old days it is easier to switch job so it is become trend and this trend also shows positive development among employees community
In conclusion people switching jobs have more benefits rather than drawbacks because in last servey e it is observed 85% of the people switching job has shown a growth in skills and income both so there are more advantages outweigh then neglected drawback
