Another factor that contributes to this situation is that the study program has few folk activities, and the local area has no traditional festivals to which the teenagers can access. As a result, their awareness of traditional music or cultural events is decreasing gradually.
From my point of view, the best approach to solve this issue is for the government to play a vital role in integrating cultural and historical messages into entertainment programs. For example, authorities should integrate traditional music with modern styles in trending shows. Furthermore, study programs need to include more extracurricular activities such as visiting museums and learning traditional crafts. Besides, organizing folk music and dance competitions will also make cultural values more accessible to the youth and encourage them to take part in traditional activities.
