The solution for this problem is that teenagers should prioritize offline activities such as hangout without devices, hobbies, spending time with their family also with friends, and sport activities. One of the best way not to waste time on social media is to being addictive with sport and study, when you are addicted with useful activities this might be help you improve yourself as a good person.
A third cause of the problem is that social media can lead to mental health issues such as increased depression, anixety and loneliness. To address this challenge, young people should take regular break and be step away from social media regularly like turning off notifications. As a result, they may reduce their addiction to social media.

To solve this issues, the teenagers should control themselves and spend their time on useful activities, and also take regular breaks. Personally, I believe that this issue should be solved, and the young people must take steps to deal with this problem as soon as possible.
