Band 6+: Many young people today spend too much time on social media. What problems does this cause, and what solutions can you suggest?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Nowadays lots of teenagers spend a lot of time diving on the internet and it can cause some problems.

These days, more young people spend more time on social media and it causes a lot of problems. For example, they waste more and more hours scrolling reels and watching videos instead of learning something important for their future life. In my opinion another big problem is health. Today young people depended on the internet and they became very lazy, inactive, and fatter than before. A few years ago people chose hobbies to be active. For example running in the morning and swimming, or some competitive sports instead of diving on the net. In addition, the way of communication changed too. Nowadays all people communicate through the phone. They can listen to each other but their feelings are difficult to understand even if he or she is your relative.

There are some solutions for this problem. First of all, parents should make their children active. For example giving some housework, activities and it could make them independent on the net. Another important solution is that sport. If young children start doing sports, it will be great for their health, mental health and everything they need. In addition to this parents can limit the time of using the phone but in my opinion this is not the solution because children cannot be always with their parents, they should do this naturally.

In today’s world, the gap between the rich and the poor is widening in many countries. Some argue that bridging this divide is the key to building a happier society. TASK 2: Many believe that it is important to protect all wild animals, while others think that it is important to protect some, not all of them. Discuss both views and give your opinion

It is true that wild animals are an important part of our ecosystem. However, while some believe that the government should allocate public resources to protecting all wild animals on our planet, I agree with those who feel that we should take action only to preserve wild animals that are on the brink of extinction. From my perspective, both sides are oversimplified and unconvincing. On the one […]

As technology continues to develop, vehicles may operate without drivers. While this trend has several advantages, it also brings with it a number of significant drawbacks.
