In this modern era, advanced technology has significantly impacted how people entertain themselves, which leads to a lack of creativity in each individual. From my point of view, I totally object to this statement for several reasons.
First and foremost, technology has provided a vast amount of information and inspiration readily available to people. The internet allows its searchers access to a wealth of knowledge, artworks, and creative masterpieces across the globe. Take the art industry as an example, artists can search for ideas or motivations without traveling through various platforms, namely Pinterest, Canva, and Tiktok. This exposure can inspire and fuel creativity.
Moreover, thanks to technical types of equipment, a massive form of creative expression, such as digital art, was invented to serve the needs of society. On the contrary to traditional pieces of art, using modern software, web design, and graphics assists us in being more creative and carrying out our creative ideas more successfully. As an example, the writer’s imaginative ideas in the well-known Hollywood film “Avtar” cannot be realised without the aid of cutting-edge technology. Games and sports that previously required specialized and costly devices are now becoming digital. These kinds of games can be played on a computer, but at the same time make learning and exploring interests available for children. Thus, it fosters children’s ability to study and be creative.
To sum up, in spite of the fact that technological devices still have some drawbacks, they optimistically influence the ways humans take breaks and advocate the creativity of citizens.
