There is no doubt that these days people are preferring to live in apartments rather than in houses as it offers more convenience and benefits. I strongly believe that living in apartments are much easier as living in hoses has bigger challenges and lot of drawbacks.
To begin with, one of the major advantages of living in apartments is that they are cost effective. One can easily buy apartment as their retail prices are low, so even with low budget one can have good choices of decent apartments to live in. Another benefit is the security assurance. In apartments, by paying handsome amount you are given with tight security and there are no threats.
Furthermore, apartments are in convenient locations from where one can buy anything easily. Schools, supermarkets, hospitals and grocery shops are very near and one can reach to them within no span of time. Also, apartments require less maintenance as they are in a narrow space you can easily take care of everything around you.
Conversely, it does offer some challenges as apartments have limited space, one has to spend their time with things of their usage. As apartments has less space, they also offer less privacy.
To encapsulate, although living in apartments has some drawbacks but the benefits like excellent location, affordability and cost effectiveness are far more significant.
