In recent years, increment of technological world more people are working from home rather than at the workplace. A section of this society believes that it is beneficial for both workers as well as families. While there are people who are of the opinion that it is very stressful to work at home. On the one hand, there are individuals who are of the opinion that it is more efficient to work from home. The primary reason of this belief is that they do not have waste time and money for transportation. This is because in time they will help their families in the daily work. For example, they have to leave and drop their children to school. Another reason for masses to have this stand point is that they do not have to buy any uniform for their work. As a result they wear anything at home so they feel comfortable and work without feel bored.
On the other hand, there are those who seem to be convinced with the fact that it increase the stress to the workers for working at home. The foremost reason for this belief is they need full facilities like personal room, internet access and their own tablet and chair. This things are necessary because it is important to be connected with the community of company. Furthermore, family members have to maintain peaceful atmosphere just because of their working member.
