There is a growing trend among the people to move another location for various purposes. Having a way from family and friends provide advantages to know about outside word and can achieve new opportunities.. do this strange has a sum advantages it also creates numerous demerits, because sometimes the face difficulties to survive in unfamiliar places. In this essay I will discuss both sides and provide my opinion.
On the one hand, relocating to new place can help the people to escape from the comfort zone. Family and friends may create comfort for the individual which is an obstacle to be successful in career. Because, sometimes they feel that if they take any risk which may bring progression in life, they may loss their own people. But when they move out from that situation, they feel independent and take decission for their life without any back off. Moreover after moving to new place, people can learn new cultures and traditions because it provides the previlige to explore the area. For example, a person can communicate with unknown peoples and can know their traditions. As a result, he can extend his limited knowledge which helps him in Future growth.
On the other hand, this trend can also create complexity while adopting to unknown environment, as the person do not know about the norms, traditions or customs of that location. For instance, when a person shift to another country, he have to face language barrier. As a result, it become difficult for him to communicate with people. Furthermore, he can be affected by anxiety and depression, because he hardly can share his thoughts and feelings to others. For example, as he live far away from home, he cannot Express his sorrow directly to his own people. As a result, despite of not having any moral support, he become sad.
In conclusion, although shifting to new place by leaving own people may occur problems like communication problem or mental suffering, in my opinion this trend mostly have the advantages. As he move away, he can learn adaptability, gain new career goal and develop his personality by mixing with unfamiliar people.
