Every sectors of nation are being witnessed growing enormously where everday’s propaganda is beneficial in sustaining future goals. Delivering of constant meeting leads some businesses for conducting virtually rather than prefering face-to-face. This benefits, in time consumption for employer, while the drawback of glitch in connection cannot be neglected.
Today many companies in metro cities prefer virtual meeting rather than eye to eye contact, which is beneficial for employers by saving time and spontaneously attending it from any place. To illustrate, one of my friend residing in Bangalore where traffic is the major trouble, gets fortunate when meeting is being conducted online. This helps in advantaging of being an attendant of discussion from any corner rather than being travelled for hours. Consequently, online meetings has profound effect towards time saving.
Despite of having benefits, drawbacks of poor connection cannot be ignored. For example, when work from home was commenced during the COVID-19 period, resulting in mandarory online meetings my cousin had to face many difficulties due to the internet connection. Additionally, causing inclination towards voice lagging had been affected to miss communication, while glitch in connectivity caused problem in sharing the documents. Therefore, Connectivity issue can be troublesome towards online meetings.
In conclusion, meetings are vital as important decisions are being taken for future growth. Thus virtually meetings have its pros and cons. Moreover, benefiting in saving time and easily accessible for attendants from any place, whilst having connectivity issue can lead in complication of audializing and visualizing the project.
