These days mostly business people prefer to conducted their meetings in social plateform ratherthan face to face. Conducted online business meeting is more beneficial, while it has al so few demarits for use this trend more. I will explan some reasons and answers are discuss in the following paragraphs.

To commence with, advantages are discuss, nowadays mostly human are used social media and online video meeting for studying, if businessman conducted online meeting, then more people easily connect via internet in meeting. In addition, sometimes people does not able to visit on meeting place due to bad weather condition either health issues, that time they easily attend meeting online.Not onle for rich and gineus people but also this facilities are useful euqal for poor people. If people do not like to visit at meeting hall either in holiday times, businesspeople can have easily meeting with their employees in work from home. It is more easily and confertable. For example, before threee year in covid 19 time, more business people was arrenged meeting in online and work from home.

Furthermore, also this facility some demarits, this facility is easily used for people, while it has require more costly instruments, such as camera, computer, internet and other facilities like silent place. Addtionally, people do not properly understand until no proper listen in voice call, because of poor internet connection. Although, when internet connection is proper available, then people can try to other activity because of no mood of work on this time. Besides this, if electricity is not available during meeting, it is not possible to do work. For example, few business people fell crazy during moonson weather, due to no proper availability of internet.

To conclude, alot of businessman human take meeting by online plateform grather then face to face. People can easily attend meeting from every place in the world in to online plateform. while this trend is require more cost compare to face to face meeting. Businessman cannot justify their subject in online meeting, it is only possible on face to face.
