Many kids in advanced countries are becoming obese. This is serious issue for rich countries. In the following few paragraphs I will be discussing about the causes and effects of this problem.

First of all, due to the rise in inflation few people has to work around the clock and some has to work overtime, thus, to save time for their relaxation, they prefer to buy the junk food instead of cooking healthy meals for their kids and compromising with their health. Moreover, these days the food is not even organic so most of the people do not get the full nutrients and minerals. Therefore, by eating from the restaurants which is loaded with the huge amount of carbohydrates and sugars which keep on accumulating in the human body causing them with obesity.

Secondly, with the advancement in technology children spend more time scrolling on the devices, few of them like to binge watch movies or web series and some like to play video games for whole day rather than going out and do some physical activities. Hence, due to the lack of the activities which can burn the calories results in causing the kids with overweight.

Conclusively, with the rising obesity among the children, it is likely possible that when they will grow older there are almost negative chances that they will take part in the sports and thus they will never be able to take part in the Olympics. The army of the country will not be that affective and also there will be crisis for the jobs that require physical endurance.
