Nowadays, it is becoming trend amid employers to offer their employees the option to work from home. As a result employees will have much more flexible working hours in the future. I think this is a negative development. Because, after several years, employers who work from their home may lose their responsibility. This can lead the companies to monetary crisis. And also I think that it might be bad for not only companies but also for employers. Because, in everyone’s home there are enough distractive factors.
In my opinion, this change will create a lot of bad situations. For example, the main future consequence is that after several years employers may start lose responsibility. Because, the home is comfort zone for everyone. In the convenient atmosphere it would be hard to obey rules made by others. As a result of this, companies will face to financial crisis. Because, they will be obliged to hire more workers than in the past because of low effectiveness.
Apart from these, this negative development may cause protest of employers too. Because, the home is comfort zone for everyone. In like this place everyone don’t adhere the rules made by others. And also at the home there are several enough distractions for employers such as their young children and endless home tasks. As a result, employers can not show their full potential and will not be able to complete even company’s daily minimum tasks. This lead the employers to the low wages and employers may start to complaint.
In conclusion, this is a negative development. Because it can lead both of them, employers and employees to bad results. Because of this unpracticle change both sides may face crisis in terms of finace.
