Most medical doctors want to work in cities where they will earn a lot of salary. Yet in many rural areas there are not enough doctors. From my perspective, doctors should work in rural areas too.
Firstly, all people want to make a lot of money, this is because they want to live in dream life. That is to say, when medical doctors work in the urban cities and countries, they achieve to their good lives. For example, in Uzbekistan a lot of medical doctors don’t want to work in small cities, this is because in many rural area’s salary is not enough to doctors and their family. As a result, they must move to cities. If it were not for salary problems, all medical doctors would work in own rural cities. Given that, if doctors want to move, they should work in cities.
In other words, while medical doctors don’t mive to cities, they can solve this problems. For instance, if small cities has a lot of money, doctors don’t want to work in cities. Consequently, they allow to work in rural cities. If it were not for daily outcomes and money problems, doctors even all people would live in own areas, they don’t want to move other cities. Therefore, medical doctors salary should enough to their lives, namely country should consider about increase their salary.
