In recent years, many festivals have a great story behind especially religious and traditional beliefs some people believe that the true meaning behind them has been forgotten and they just enjoy their time. In my opinion, festivals still have a great connection to adults and children for their true meaning not just enjoying them.
To begin with, the group who might see that holidays have become equal no value for the community who celebrate it This is to say that the common and spiritual holidays have turned into just free days for the employee to get rid of work stress which affects their family too, for example, most of the companies are stressing more on their employees by making it harder to take a day off as a result, they turned their evaluation about the holiday and its true meaning for both them and their families.
On the other hand, several communities and societies assume that the occasional events have a significant beneficial impact. In other words, These events are highly effective on people’s mood and productivity especially what is connected to spirituality for example, Ramadan the holy month in Islam increases awareness of the homeless, poverty, and malnutrition which teaches us the main principles of patience and how to be thankful for what they have. This is due to the fact that during this month Muslims start to share the food between themselves and the poor people and their major concern is how to do more charity work which makes a positive impact on both their mental and souls. Hence, there are still other festivals such as Women’s Day, worker’s Day, and spring holidays that give us more space to spend time with our families.
In conclusion, Festivals have a major positive impact and role in our spiritual and physical condition. However, In my opinion, I stand with the importance of holidays
