Nowadays mother have more free time because of a new household appliances. This enabled them to work and taking care of their children at the same time. In my opinion higher income of ther family is more important then having more time to take care for the children because the father can also taking care of the children.
Less caring time is one of the cons if the mother work. What i mean by this is when mother have work to do they often have less time to take care for the children. This mean that their children might grown up without having a good care from their mother. However the father can also take care of the children since the mother going out for work. Although father might also have work to do, it does not mean that the father can not taking care of their children. That mean not only the mother that take responsible for taking care of the children but the father also have.
The family can make higher overall income. One of the main role for father in our society is to make an income for the family but if mother also work, the family would have more income. The quality of the childrens life can depend on their family income therefore having a good income can lead the child to a better quality of life. Although having a good take care from the mother can be an important thing to considered. I think higher income can lead the children to a better quality of life in the long run therefore the cons does not outweigh the pros.
In conclusion, Although having a good care from the mother is important, having a higher income can resault in a better quality of the children life in the long run therefore the upside is better then the downside.
