Recently, youngsters graduating their study incline to work in city rather than countryside. In my opinion, the benefits of this trend clearly surpass its drawbacks.
It is understandable why some people thinks working in city is detrimental. On one hand, this practice results in living without family, relative. For instance, students who just have left their school have to live far from their home so facing troubles without family support is huge challenge which need a long time to adapt. Leading to the first time living in rural areas will be very arduous. More over, completing with others possessing better ability is inevitable. There are large numbers of people who is expertise in their filed that increase more pressure to each individuals. However, everyone have already go throughout difficult spans so there is nothing to anxiety
On other hand, I firmly believe that the beneficial points are more significant. Firstly, having a job in metropolis it means youngster will be provide with high standard living that they have not had before when growing up in countryside. Through this pros, teenager can have better condition life and have impress salary that may be give some helps to parents. More over, getting job in city give them multiple choices, selecting the best one which is suitable is very necessary for new worker having not many experiences. In addition, this benefit also bring more confidences when working in company because if this company in not quality like advertisement, obviously new worker who just have graduated can switch to other corporation to find which is feasible.
In conclusion, it is apparent that working in rural areas offer more advantages than disadvantages. With having adequate facilities and modern life, young people who just finished their studying were be captivated.
