In recent year, more and more young people, especially those with higher education, have been leaving stable jobs in companies to star their own businesses. Several key factors contribute to this growing trend.
First and foremost, starting a businesses would have higher income. It is the fact that, self-employers who are well-educated may successfully operate their career to earn more money then being employed. For example, in Vietnam the yearly income of a self-employed is about 15000 dolar which is triple the average salary of an office worker every year. As a result, mumerous young people quit their work to self-employee.
Secondly, the government often encourage people to run their own businesses. This is due to the fact that Vietnamese government develops more policies to support entrepreneurs to increase the national economy. This promotion has a positive impact which helps new companies overcome difficulties at the early stage of operating such as capital, certificates and so on. As a result, if there was no assitance from the government, setting a business would be a trouble for new companies.
In conclusion, the increasing trend of entrepreneurship in Vietnam is driven by the higher income and supporting of the government. In the future, this factors continue to envolve, we are likely to see even more young people pursuing their own business ventures.
