These days, maintaining healthy diet has becoming increasingly challenging. Factors including rising food costs and abundance of fast food make it arduous for people in order to eat nutritious meals. I fully agree with this opinion although benefits of healthy food are widely recognized.
One of the main reason why people face some difficulties to eat healthy food is the appeal of fast food. To illustrate, many fast food chains always offer quick, low-cost meals which are high in calories and unhealthy ingredients, thereby contributing a variety of well-being issues, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Additionally, the aggressive marketing strategies used by fast food companies can make these foods more tempting, which often targeting young people. As a result, this constant exposure to processed and unhealthy meal make it difficult for individuals to make healthier choices, especially when you are on the go.
Another significant barrier to healthy eating is economic factors that people consider cheaper meals. This is mainly because the rising cost of fresh, nutrient dense food like fruits and vegetables means that these foods are often out of reach for people on a tight budget. On the contrary, packaged and processed meals are typically cheaper making them more attractive to individuals with limited financial resources. This issue is exacerbated for those living in areas where fresh produce and high quality food options are limited. For people in such areas, nutritious food options and finding affordable meals is a vital challenge, thus encouraging the consumption of less healthy alternatives.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that eating healthy foods is a major difficult problem, causing people to choose unhealthy one.
