In the contemporary times the percentage of the advanced adults tend to be higher than the youngsters ,these made many to presume that high rate of the aged tend to override the youth.This essay strongly believe that it is not the best upgradement as it limits the knowledge and skills of the nation that should be passed to to their progenitors as well as reduction in manpower.
Firstly,the rate of adults in a nation brings about more knowledge and skills which they utilize to help in country’s development because as one progresses they are filled with more ideas and experience ,because age brings more experience.Although,the nation nation will benefit from their basket of wisdom while it tarry ,but as those generation effaced without the presence of more youngster to learn and continue this ideas,it limits the countries growth bringing a shift of ideas different from the initial one gotten from the ancient generation .For instance,if the culture of a nation yields income with the upgradement they put which attracts different works of life to their culture and tourism,when their generation die off ,and no one to carry on with the traditions it results to those knowledge and experience loosing it’s value as they have less information to maintain their culture reducing the inflow of resources generated from it.
Moreso,with less number of young adults their tend to be limited output because the aged don’t have the strong will compared to the younger ones reducing their manpower and limiting the countries growth . For instance with low manpower it makes the nation to open door for immigrants to assist in their workforce making them to spent fortune in hiring foreigners.
To sum up,the higher percentage of the aged than the youths made lots of people feel that their number is higher than the youngsters this is not beneficial to the society as it tends to reduce the performance of the nation as well as their workforce.
