Working for our career is an inevitable part in our life. Nowadays, majority of people choose for work from home mode rather than going to office everyday. In this essay, I am going to give the advantages and disadvantageous this topic.
On the positive side, working from home gives comfort to the employees, it is possible to take breaks in between work and can earn money while sitting in their comfort zone. For example, if one not well in the morning hours then they can do their pending task in the evening or night, work flexibility is always possible. In addition to that, it is possible to save their transportation cost, accommodation cost and can control unnecessary expenses when compare to regular office going staffs.
On the negative side, work from home employees will miss the chance of live group discussions and small gatherings among colleagues. For example, dayouts are really crucial for the one to relieve stress and tensions arise from the work, however, work from home staffs cannot participate these because of their circumstances. On top of that, there is a high chance to give more work for the work from employees when compared to daily office going one’s, because the management is thinking that they have more time and good environmnet to complete the task.
In conclusion, working from home is really popular today and all organizations are adapting this method for their company’s growth. However, when it comes to employees, there are many positive and negative sides they will have to face.
