Today, a huge amount of people spend their times outside from their homes, there are several causes of this trend and this essay will discuss some causes and effects on people and community.

To begin with, it is common that individuals spend their time out of their homes. We can take the employment issues as a main cause that people spend their times because of financial matters. Individuals have to work overtime to be financially stable. Many companies demand more work time from their employees to improve their profitability. As a result, range of spending time with family is decreased. And that situation can damage relationships between family members.

This trend has not only bad influence individually but also among the society. Children that haven’t raised properly and haven’t taken any kindness will be the member of this this society. As a result, they don’t know mutual relationship and respect for other members of society. This trend can effect community’s future that has crucial part in each member of society.

In conclusion, not to spending time with family lead to loss of tight-knit among the family members and that is main threat to family future.
