Band 5+: Nowadays, modern technology is changing people's world, society, and lifestyle. Face-to-face communication is becoming less common in people's society. A small minority of people think that this is a disturbance to the person. I strongly disagree with this view, and I will explain my point of view in this essay.

Nowadays, modern technology is changing people’s world, society, and lifestyle. Face-to-face communication is becoming less common in people’s society. A small minority of people think that this is a disturbance to the person. I strongly disagree with this view, and I will explain my point of view in this essay.

Initiate with face-to-face interaction involves nonverbal cues such as body language, facial expression, and tone of voice, all of which play a crucial role in effective communication. When people rely too heavily on text-based or digital interaction, they miss out on these subtleties, which can lead to misunderstanding or weakened interpersonal connections. For instance, in a casual conversation, a smile or a raised eyebrow can convey empathy or curiosity, something that cannot be easily replicated in a message or emoji. However, in this time, meaning they interact less with the community. For example, physical friendship is rising.

Move towards, the conversation of digital communication encourages brief, often shallow exchanges. Many people, especially the younger generation, have become accustomed to quick responses through texting or social media. This can make less patient and less adept at engaging in the more nuanced, time consuming conversation that occur face to face. In a professional setting, for example, someone who primarily communicates through emails or chat may find it challenging to navigate complex negotiations or conflict resolution in person. However, it is important to acknowledge that digital communication also has it benefits. It’s allows peoples to stay connected across long distance and can facilitate quick and efficient exchanges information. For instance, many people connect around the world for remote jobs. Moreover, in this time global education system in online, such as, student attend a class with help of zoom, what Sapp, Google class room etc.

In conclusion, digital communication and social media uses have in this huge benefits; on the other hand, many people are not good at face-to-face communication and are not good social people in society.
