A growing number of individuals today are leaving their country to work and study abroad. Although there are some drawbacks such as culture shock and homsickness, I bellieve that the benefits like advantageous workplace, well-paying can outweigh the disadvantages.
Intially, Going abroad means they are leaving the place that they were born and bred to other places that they have no knowledge about. For example, labours from poverty areas, where are lacking of advancements, for the first time relocate themselves in the concrete jungles city could get overwhelmed, and disable for quickly adaptation. Furthermore, they might share the accomadation with strangers but in the same situation with them. This is the prime illustration for home-sickness, because of those people were not in the close-knit relationship with them as their family.
However, despite the difficculties they are facing with, the befnefits help them to overlook it. First, they are provided better workplace for their job, because employees are working for the top companies, with modern equipments and well-educated colleagues. This is beneficial for them to gain experiences and achive a sucessful career. Second, the more experiences they have, the higher salary they are paid. One case of this point of view is that workers who countribute more time for pleasing and meeting all the needs form their employers would get what they desereved with, inspiring them spend more time working.
To conclude, despite the difficulties that job seekers would get, they are gainning what they are deserved to have. Therefore, the benefits are overshadowing the hardships from this trend.
