Even though there are some drawbacks including the possibility of low quality product or security, I argue thatthe vast convenience and multimedia items outweigh the disadvantages.
The main negative of the trend towards online shopping is the possibility of low quality product along with being deceived. Because customers do not have a chance physically observe the product before purchasing, mostly, they are dissatisfied with the quality of them. Apart from that by far the most global problem people encounter in our period of time is that if individuals do not know the online seller well, they are likely to be cheated in terms of parcels. For instance, neither some shoppers can receive the packages nor finf them through the social media platforms. Furthermore, another downside is that customers can not give back the goods if they do not feel the satisfaction with items. Thereby, people have to use the products under the desperate situation.
Although there are a couple of disadvantages above, I believe that buying things online is positive development. Firstly, online shopping is both far more convenient and faster way to buy and it takes only minutes through mobile phones. As a result, buyers are able to save their time instead of going out to shop. Secondly, online business ensures their channels with multiple pictures, videos and the latest trends which provide the customers with a great deal of options before purchasing them. In this case, clothes advertised by famous actresses or singers are a good example for that.
To conclude, ordering products online may cause several annoyance of security and quality, butI completely consider that this beneficial progress create plenty of conveniences comprising of shopping staying at home and comparing by various multimedia displays.
