A rising amount of youth are choosing to work remotely rather than in an office. This leads to problems such as lack of face-to-face communication and loose of responsibility towards various tasks. Informing youngsters about the cons can be helpful in order to encourage them to come to work and not to stay at home.
Many people count remoted work style more efficient for many reasons: some may have a problem with getting to work because it takes a lot of time, or, they have multiple jobs and they’re more comfortable with them being online. However, what they don’t see is the harm to their social skills and a slow decrease of motivation to be responsible for extra activities. If workers will keep choosing work from home, it may cause mass isolation and essential skill issues.
For instance, a person who is a part of an active office community is having lunch among other people, hence socialising and fullfing their life with new things daily. They complete different tasks, which improve their critical skills and help further. Despite all the pros, some might choose a complete opposite: sit at their table at an appartment, get the job done, and not worry about whether it earns them anything but money at all.
In this modern world, howmuchever hard will it become to survive, we should choose socialisation and community, not money and greed. Telling youth about choosing humanity this way would prevent home-sitting employees and make the world come together a bit more.
