Currently, most youth people get into various jobs to occupy main role in the government. It is thought that this is good case, while other believe that it is incompatible for them. In my view, it is right when they have enough sufficient qualification.
Firstly, we consider the advantages which this situation brings. It is true that nowadays many state bodies are taken over by youth and even the age is irrelevant in there. Because they are more vigorous than elder colleagues and of course, their mental and physical conditions are suitable the government works. The possibility of achieving success also is higher than older age workers. Indeed, if the choice is given to any companies, they prefer younger one without any hesitation because of their work efficiency. In addition, they service long term for their job and get lower salary than older workers.
However, as the coin has two sides, there are also several disadvantages. First of all, young people have the low-level responsibility on government affairs, especially the documentary works. The experienced and also served for many years individuals know the importance of each document. Another significant thing is the concept of loyalty. Based on my own observations, due to most youth tend to prefer money to job satisfaction, the corruptibility widespread among them by administration. Therefore, in many places if new workers are hired, definitely, the experienced person is given for them as instructor.
In conclusion, there are some debates that the youth recruitment in ascendancy. Some people say that this is the true decision, but others think otherwise.
