Band 5+: Many cities are now implementing '15-minute city' concepts, where all essential services are within a short walk or bike ride from home. Do the advantages of this urban planning approach outweigh the disadvantages?

The concept of 15-minute city have become quite popular among urban cities where residents can get essential survices with in just 15-minute of ride or walk. It has some drawbacks but i belive its advantages will surely outweight those.

providing essential survices with in 15- minutes leads to sustainable development. it includes crucial facilities which has significant role in maintaining or improving livelihood. residents will be able to be in time in anywhere, for instant; if any heart patient got serious attack then at the movement there parents can took them immediatly to the hospital. Managing time has become day to day challenge for peoples in such case , concept of 15-minute cities play a virtual role. no-need to keep on waiting the bus or any transportation. as the distance to any particular area would be uneder 15 minutes. it gradually improves the quality of air, sound and traffic management resulting clean and healthy environment. peoples can walk to there destination emphasising physical excercises which leads healthy society.

in contrast, it carries some drawbacks which might have some impact. like wise there would be limited source of facilities which is one decline point along that it will be costly to maintain such plans. at the beginning there might not be proble but as the time passes people might feel traped. lack of long distance travelling which is minus point for travellers. not-only there would be limited facilities also there would be limited oppurtunities for jobs and so others. for instant, if there will be lot of applicants for a certain job, there would be high competation causing unemployment. choices might be vary as per the person.

in conclusion, it is hard to implement and manage such idea, as the time passes the condition might not go as expected. after all , with proper management and future vison plans and by implementing them plans like this can be carried out. which can definitely improves the living standard and livelihood of residents.
