Band 6+: Nowadays, people have adopted an unhealthy lifestyle. Why do you think this is ? How could this problem be solved ?

It is also clear that today, the number of people who adopted an unhealthy lifestyle increase around the world. While the growing trend towards an unhealthy lifestyle can be for several reasons, there are certain measures that could be taken to solve this problem.

There are a few reasons why more people have adopted an unhealthy lifestyle. Today, our society is developing rapidly. So, one factor of them is modern technology, the technology provides some comfort like online games or online stream and robots for housework. As a result, people’ actions are declining. The low action may be led to be obesity. Other factor is paining their eyes with gaming online on the phone or laptop. So, the unhealthy lifestyle is being experienced by some people. One of popular issues is eating junk food, namely fast-food. More people prefer eating fast food at the street than made at home with nutrition ingredients.

How this problem be solved is address by individuals and governments. Addicted to playing online games is soften by installing limit on screen time while the low action is solved by government through make running marathon and some social videos. Firstly, the state should be advertised by TV or media about dangers of excessive use of modern technology. For instance, the government and some famous person shows at work or shopping malls should be encouraged to use step instead of the elevator. The government will set stable price for natural and healthy meals and also fruit that useful for health

In conclusion, although the growing nature of our life and technology are main reasons why people have unhealthy habits, this problem could be solved if the government and employers take practical steps. And also, the government should be funded producer that create fruits and vegetable.
