Carrying out this concept of design will make the staff feel equal when working in it, alleviating the discrimination of social class, races, indeed, people tend to contact each other more and more when there is no physical and mental barrier between them to make a conservation which helps to raise collaboration awareness. Indeed, wider space bring staff the sense of being comfortable, fostering the creativeness and boost productivity
On the other hand, there are some disadvantages that can be witnessed. One major concern is the unsecure when using this design, since it create the poor of privacy place, lacking of concentration working that can decline in working-efficiency. Additionally, some jobs such as financial analyst, scientist need to be in a separate room that they can focus fully without disruption on researching.
