At some point, this phenomenon is even associated as a trend or way of life. Generally, there are two main focuses which foster human beings in their behavior. Firstly, the belief which then construct their personality and character. At this point, lack of prosocial character building and education they get could lead to public destructive activities. Furthermore, as if they live in unsupported environments such as broken-home family and negative friendship could significantly foster negative intentions. Secondly, The external conditions such as implementation of law and policy. More exactly, if preventions and sanctions are perceived as not heavy by most, this could mean nothing and increase anti-social activities amongst citizens. In addition, the medias and entertainments nowadays have been showing this kind of behaviors as a cool activity to do leading the kids to think that way.
This phenomenon could effectively be tackled by applying far stronger policy. The policymakers and the local authorities should be the playmaker in changing this perception in public. For example, the government should consider the death sentence for corruptors. Or, for instance, supporting programs in character building should be applied to enhance nationalism and morality in society.
In conclusion, anti-social behaviors are the effect of lack of character building in society and numerous ineffective policies.
