Currently, the majority of the population is considered to inhabit urban areas rather than rural areas. In my opinion, it’s much better to live in the city because of the educational and career opportunities.
First of all, when it comes to education, we all want to study in good schools, graduate high school with a higher degree, and enter an Ivy League university. This is where living in the city comes to the rescue, because there are a lot of good schools, in urban areas that can help you find a good teacher, and tutors for your children. Not only they can help your kids learn the subject they are also willing to help them find their goals in the future. High school counselors also help high schoolers with so many questions, such as which colleges they want to apply to, what kind of field they want to study, and so on.
After graduating college, and master’s degree, you get to choose what kind of field you want to work in. It is a fact that the bigger a city is, the more job opportunities it offers. There are a lot of job opportunities in the city, whatever field you want to apply for. People in the city work in all different types and levels of professions, as well as in factories, in service jobs. Moreover, there are a great number of employment opportunities widely for everyone. Firstly, industrialization has created many new jobs such as services, advertising, and marketing. As a consequence, opportunities to work in those brand-new fields are widely available to everyone.
In conclusion, people who live in cities have a greater variety of ideas and topics than people in the countryside
