In today’s modern era, traditions and manners about how we consume food and the way we eat are changing. In my opinion, this phenomenon is inevitable. To clarify the statement, the essay will discuss the contributing factors to this change. Next, evaluate those factors based on the most comprehensive aspect along with some examples to prove it.
It’s is true that there are so many aspects that cause our ways of eating to change. First and foremost, globalization and improvement are the factors which lead to those changes. It brings culture of foods here and there to our world , making our habits of eating change a lot. So, people have more opportunities to be tried to diverse culinary options across the word. And since then, people’s cooking and eating styles have gradually changed, combining both traditional and modern habits. Second, with the development of our economy, we are in need of more polite, civilized and complicated eating lifestyle. In stead of the simple Vietnamese style of eating, we can contact with the eating culture of other countries. Those are more polite and luxurious than before. Third, because of our pace of working life, forms of eating are to meet the changes of people’s life to help them be suitable for their working conditions. We no longer eat at home but eat fast food, which is quick to cook or already cooked and therefore which is quick to cook or already cooked and therefore served very quickly in restaurants. They are extremely convenient dishes such as hotdog, hambuger, pizza, etc. There are three basic reasons for the changing.
It’s undoubtedly true that we can easily see some positive and necative influence from the changing of food take-in. Among those, it seems to me that our traditional and customs are richer and more diverse. We have good- abundant cultures and move opportunities to exposed to cuisine of other countues. On the other hand, we also learn more ways to prepare, cook food, how to eat divized, polite. But the more complicated the food, the higher the cast we have to pay. Furthermore, the consumption of new dishes that we have never tried, laden with artificial ingredients and excessive preservatives, poses a significant risk to public health. I believe that the alteration in eating habits has led to a decline in family cohesion, as hectic schedules have diminished the opportunities for communal dining and meaningful interactions among family members.
To summaries, thanks to the shift in food traditional and eating habits, people have more opportunities to explore cuisine. This change not only hasn’t contributed to adverse health consequences but also led to the loss of cultural identity and family solidarity. All in all, we need to reevaluate these developing costumes and strike for a balance that preserves cultural heritage and promotes appropriate ways of eating.
