It is so common to see numerous people engaged in jobs that they do not like to do and they do not even posess any talent for same,there are quite a few reasons that result in this and there are some very negative impacts of this thing that will be described in upcoming paragraphs in a detailed manner.
To commence with the major reason why this thing widely happens among majority of people is because of the competitiveness among all job fields including every sector of economy due to corruptive system of countries, in which people use bribery as a method of getting into a particular job rather than proving themselves by the skills they hold that does not let other candidates to get a job they dream for and for which they have grinded so hard since start and they end up doing the job that they do not love to do and also they do not have specific skill set that is needed for the work that they are not liking but forced by their own mind to do to earn well for their family and personal needs
Furthermore, there is an adverse impacts that this has on people that they get stuck in a never-ending loop because, they just tend to believe that this is the way of living that ghas been chosen by God instead of getting motivated to find a new way of earning money for instance of being a social media influencer or getting in to some very reputable businesses like dropshipping,trading or enterpeneurship to earn money without having to work 9 to 5 jobs that most people do not find pleasing at all.
In conclusion, I would like to say this thing in longterm will totally change the mindset of people and as previously discussed they will always be hating their jobs and will stuck in it forever instead of trying something new that might change the way they live their life but sadly reality hits different people will always be unwilling to do the work they are doing due to the reasons that have been indicated in above paragraphs
