For instance, many employees have no time to make food at home and what they do is go to a restaurant nearby their workplace or just buy some snacks at grocery stores. As a result, unhealthy foods have become their daily consumption. Also, only a few people do exercise daily, which means being inactive is another major cause for this problem. Besides the use of detrimental foods, especially full-time workers sit all day in their office and when they go home, they would just go to bed instead of being active. In other words, busy schedules and not having any leisure time are leading to gaining fat easily.

If not possible, they have to at least walk a lot even when they go home from work or replace using elevators with stairs. Secondly, they should stop eating fast foods and make food at home to take it to their work. So that, not only would they eat healthy, but also they will save their money.
To conclude, what people eat and how they spend their day is the consequence of their health problem. On the other hand, consuming too much unhealthy snack and not moving at all has a detrimental effect on health.
