In many developed nations, obesity is becoming a growing concern. It is undeniable that in the contemporary era, a nation is facing several problems, obesity is one of them. In the following paragraphs, I will not only discuss the reasons behind the obesity but also suggest some effective measures to handle it.

To commence with, there are numerous compelling reasons behind this issue. Firstly, unhealthy dieting plans and the lack of awareness are the root causes of the obesity. To explain it, people do not have a proper diet plan. They are eating same what their parents ate. It becomes a habit. People do not have knowledge about the required calories and nutritional values. They prefer to eat as much as they can, without caring about the body needs. As a result, their body start to gain fat. Moreover, overdependancy on the technology is the another reason. To explicate it, in the modern era, the demand of technology is high. Everything is based on technology. There is no physical movements at the work place. Due to lack of physical movements, the body stops to burn calories and starts to become fatty.

However, there are several effective solutions that can be taken to tackle these issues. To start with, awareness and the balanced diet both are the strongest solutions. To explicate it, there is a need of awareness among the communities about a proper diet plan. The schools and government can aware the public about the importance of balanced diet and educate them how to make that plan. Hence, the public can make their balanced diet plan by using their knowledge about terms calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Futhermore, there is need to reduce the usage of technology and do more physical exercises. To explore it, rather than to depend on the technolgoy, people should try to work themselves. They should do physical movements even at work. For example: People can use stairs instead of lift or escalators. They can join Gym for better results. Yoga is the another best option. As a result, those exercises or movements help them to reduce their fats and make them fit and fine.

In conclusion, although obesity is caused by lack of physical activities and awareness, it can be effectively addressed through appropriate solutions such as providing awareness and encourage them to do exercises, which can be tacken by governemnt, individuals and society as a whole.

large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to the other workers. To what extend do you agree or disagree ?

There is a view that CEOs and executives in large companies should be paid significantly more than ordinary workers. I completely disagree with this idea, as it leads to inequality, undermines employee motivation, and does not fairly reflect contributions to company success. One reason why excessively high executive pay is unjustified is that it creates […]

It is widely argued that governments should make higher education free so that every individual, regardless of their financial background, has the freedom to study further. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that governments are responsible for free higher education for some underprivileged individuals. While this may work to a certain extent, I believe that governments should not be entirely free for every student. On the one hand, it is understandable why higher education should be free for every individual. Firstly, many underprivileged would […]

The practice of taking a gap year after finishing secondary education and starting university has become increasingly popular in many countries.
