On the one hand ,to solve the problem with traffic congestion government should raise the tax on exclusive vehicles. Despite aditional fees that people need to pay,it would be a sensible way to make a discipline through claim a fee.
Unfortunately,lots of people are disagree with this type of solution. Because of fee that they need to pay to state. Government will demand payment every traffic jam,therefore that is not a profitable way for people. There are lots of circumstances that can interfere people’s lives. People would not afford extra waste of money in their lives. In our daily life,especially in big cities there are regular problems with traffic congestion in road. So,obviously,it would be a big controversy between residents and government. People will increasingly take to the streets to protest about injustice and liberty. Therefore this issue could not be solved by government. I guess that to prevent the issues in the traffic there are no ways to stop it. This problem can only be solved either by introducing violent legistation or using punishment. Extra tax just would not help to solve the problem any way. It is just make situation worse. However state could threaten them with strict law and rule that immediately can impose the movement on the road. When someone offend the law,they will be given fine. Also install cameras on the road and consider road conditions.
In conclusion,government should find an approach for people. Using a strict laws might help to solve the issue. Use a fine to threaten people,so they will follow the rules.
