As a result of developing interpersonal skills by communicating with colleagues or managers, it is worth noting that they probably accumulate enough practical lessons and are more professional in going through obstacles by themselves in the years to come. Because of curiosity and the lack of parental supervision, the more free time they have, the more risks they are exposed to, such as negative and sedentary habits like immersing themselves in video games and being threatened by cybercrime when surfing social media. By contrast, part-time jobs play a crucial role in children’s value upgrading as long as they are properly practiced.
Another reason is that having employment helps teenagers stabilize their financial status. Having a constant monthly salary creates more opportunities for them to have savings plans or long-term investments, obviously serving their independent life in the future. It makes them become more responsible and encourages forward thinking.
