Band 5+: People are increasingly relying on smartphones and other mobile devices for everyday tasks. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this trend?

Nowadays, individuals are depending more on technology for their daily tasks. This essay will discuss the both pros and cons associated with this issue.

There are two positive sides why human are using smartphones for every works. The first significant plus point for believing this is that it is easy to utilize for works and it save your time by giving solution of hard questions. Another remarkable fact for supporting this is that mobile phones help to connect with their foreign neighbors as well as it also assist people to share each other ideas which help to gain knowledge of another sector. A notable example of this can be seen in Nepal where many families are connected with their son and neighbours who lived in abroad for their studies.

However, there are also a couple of negative imfact for those who use smartphones for their everyday chores. One of these is that they become addicted with devices can cause from eye strain and may suffer from health problems like depression or anxiety. In addition to this, they may be distracted from their goals which lead low academic performance and may cause physical unfit such as laziness or fatness. It was recently reported in the Kathmandu Post that 90% of Nepalese children are becoming more addicted on mobiles which became weak in school results and goes through mental problems.

In conclusion, phone provides them to gain knowledge from the online website which increase their confidence and helps to connected with their community; however, it aslo have impact on childrens mental health and may go though low school results.
