No doubt globalization has brought several advantages across the globe in terms of variety, employment, and other aspects. The masses are generally divided on the pros and cons of globalization. However, I believe it has more positive points than having negative impacts.

To commence with, there are numerous compelling arguments for why globalization is crucial. Firstly, individuals are offered a variety of goods and products in the market. For example, if a person desires to buy a pen, they can find several different styles of pens with different price range, making them to select the best one. Secondly, globalization boosts jobs and employments in various sectors of the country. For instance, the establishment of different franchises such as KFC, McDonald’s, Nike, Apple and many other, helps youth to get employed and have a source of income. A recent survey from the BBC concluded that globalized countries are 50% ahead in job prospects compared to those which do not promote globalization.

On the other hand, there is not even a shadow of doubt that the globalization has made the expense of products generally low due to the competition between local market and international market. Nevertheless, people are prioritising global franchises for shopping, which result in shifting of local vendors to the edge of extinction. For example, individuals prefer to shop in big showrooms of international products than going to a simple street vendor.

To sum up, advantages of globalization outweighs the disadvantages, making it a better resource for country in not only providing better job opportunities for people but also offering goods and services in better price.
