In the 21st century, interesting trend of older and younger generations working side-by-side in the same workplace. I think there are more merits than demerits for this. Older generation have the experience than younger ones as they know how to run the business in any situation. This essay will argue that the potential merits of older and younger generations working together in the same place.
To start with, Older generations have more knowledge and skills for the workplace rather than younger ones. By this merits, younger ones have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills as well as knowledge from their seniors which can be best for the workplace. Older generation have more experience than younger ones as they know how to run the business in any critical situation. Older generation can teach the younger generation of work by their ages experience.
Furthermore, by this merits, younger generations do rare mistakes do rare mistakes as they have guidance of experience older generations. They don’t take lengthy time to understand the work for the workplace as they can learn the work from their older ones. Today’s world is full of technology and workplace is also full of technology and devices. By this, younger can taught the technology to their older ones as it saves a lot of time of workplace.

By this generation gap, it directly helps the company to be better as older generation have the knowledge, skills and experience whereas younger generation have the knowledge of technology, short-cuts and so on which helps to grow the company at very fast time.
