Our planet has been engulfed in many problems due to growing population. Amongst them pollution remains a significant problem for mankind to deal with as it has numerous causes which would have enormous effects. In previous years pollution has negatively affected our air, water and soil in many ways whose effects will haunt making for many years to come.
Pollution is caused by many factors however, the primary cause remians to be Industrialisation. As the number of factories grow so does their by products which are wasted into the water or soil and their fumes which are released into the open sky. Many scientists claim that a cement factory produces huge amounts of waste on hourly basis which are discarded either into the open air, released in the sea or simply thrown away onto barren lands. For example lucky cement factory is the largest in sindh province of pakistan and the area in its close vicinity remains barren due to dumping of wastes on daily basis.
Such a critical issue comes with many consequences as its poisonous wastes not all effect humans but all living beings living on earth. Many scientists claim that areas with in the vicinity of industries tend to have the worst air , water quality and their soils are mostly unfertile. For example a community living in close proximity to a factory will have many health problems due to the bad quality of air they breath and their lands will remain barren due to waste thrown on the soil.
Pollution is a major issue for mankind to deal with as it has many causes and their effects are seen in many ways. In my opinion the major problem remains to be Industrialisation as it has adversly effected all living beings on earth.
