There a view that some jobs such as doctors and teachers should be offered higher salaries compared to members of sport and entertainment. I completely agree with this notion for three main reasons.
The primary reason for overpaying to doctors and teachers is essential contributions to society. While doctors save lives and improve health, teachers educate future generations, making their work fundamental to societal progress. Such figures usually help people shape the minds of future and provide their overall well-being in the future. If these professions are not included in a society, we cannot observe any highly-skilled athletic and well-known artists.
An additional reason for my stance is work pressure and responsibility. Dortors handle life-or-death situations daily, and teachers enhance level of youngs, requiring emotional resilience and dedication. For example, doctors amd teachers always connect with a wide range of human beings who are characterized various emotions. Granted, over time they will face particular mental issues due to their relations.
A final concern about extra compensarion to the staffs is encouraging talent in critical areas. Higher salaries would attract more skilled individuals to these professions, improving healthcare and education system. In particular, after skilled number of workers in such fields, high wages can promote gifted and creative people who come with innovations and expertise to economic growth.
In conlusion, I strongly argue that it would be better if doctors and teachers are paid more than sports and entertainment personalities because of vital shares, rewarding behavior and advancements of these fields.
